In 2013 Linda Rose was working in southern Sri Lanka when she met a project worker from the Right Now Foundation in India who after seeing her workshops invited her to come and run similar workshops among her children's homes in the south eastern state of Andrah Pradesh.

Linda visited Nellor and went far inland to Udayagiri running workshops for six HEARTS children's homes and a staff training event. Several of the homes were specialist in HIV care, and the workshops had to be adjusted for the low energy level of many of the children, though the evaluations were still as positive as ever.

Linda really enjoyed the time in India and hopes to return at some point. She was especially impressed with the incredible dancing techniques the children had learnt from watching dvds of Bollywood dancing, and made quite a name for herself joining in with the children!

The local staff have requested Linda to return as soon as possible but her commitments to Sri Lanka make that currently difficult as all Linda's work is self funded.

'I've enjoyed this day than any other day. This workshop is wonderful and useful too. And I've enjoyed every game cause they are awesome. These things have to be done in each and every home, cause they are fascinating. Hope again and again these workshops will be conducted. And we have to learn every new thing in every new workshop.'
